Slay Jewelry – Shipping Policy

At Slay Jewelry, every order is carefully packaged and shipped with love to make sure your new pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • During holidays, new product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.


2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost.

  • All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once a package leaves our facility, Slay Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! 🌎

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Typical international delivery is 2–4 weeks.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • We are unable to control or predict customs delays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local postal office or carrier first.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Slay Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Preorders & Backorders

If you order a preorder or backordered item, it will ship once restocked.
Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together unless otherwise specified.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email slayyy.jewelryyyy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and item(s)

We’ll assist with a replacement or resolution promptly.
