Slay Jewelry products are stainless steel, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant — however, longevity may vary depending on individual use and care. Natural wear over time is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other options listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Processing

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location and may take up to 2–4 weeks depending on customs and carrier delays.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Slay Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the item has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are accepted only for unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect order.
To request an exchange, please email slayyy.jewelryyy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty & Liability

Our pieces are made with durable, waterproof stainless steel and gold plating.
While tarnish-resistant, jewelry can still be affected by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or saltwater.

Slay Jewelry is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Allergic reactions to metals or materials
